(mobile) Show only practitioners added to calendar

When viewing PracticeHub on mobile, the practitioner drop-down shows all practitioners. Where as on desktop, only those practitioners added to the calendar show in the drop-down. If there are many practitioners this cause an issue with some not being visible on the drop-down due to screen space.
