More complexity to care plan tracking

Would be amazing if I could plan out tiers of care as people progress:

At the moment if I reccomend 3x a week for a period, and then 2x, then 1x, I need to set up different care plans for each stage - the tricky thing is having the start dates line up, so they often need tweaking and updating. Not a massive issue, but would still be nice if I could set up a care plan template that encompassed the whole care plan with the different tiers
