Right now if you are changing an appt for a patient for the same day but a different time, it counts as a reschedule and it is not a reschedule they are just coming in at a different time. It causes extra work for the front desk because we either have to minus any patients that we moved when counting up our reschedules or delete the appt and put new one in and copy and paste any notes
