Next Visit to show appointments the same day.

Due to COVID we are taking calls (go through CASE HISTORY and COVID SCREENING), then sometimes later that day, bringing in clients for exam (physical). However on dashboard the next visit doesn't show appointments the same day. This is leading practitioners to being confused and advising patients of their next session: in say "48 hrs time" which would be their ROF, when in fact its EXAM, the same day!
