Notifications based on care plan criteria

When creating care plan templates, it would be great to include notifications to either DC or CA.

The use case would be for example - visit 3 of care plan notification on chiropractors screen to check or give exercises. Visit 10 notification to chiropractor to preframe upcoming progress exam and next care plan. Visit 6 notification to CA check if attended workshop yet.

In the past we created different appointment types based on exercises etc. Would be much easier just getting a pop up on the DC screen for practitioner events, or a pop up on CA screen to check an administrative event.

Attached to care plan templates means people can decide how it works for them.
