Notify patient of existing app that day instead of allowing two appointments

Specifically when patients are self booking not using the app.

It would be great to Alert the patient that they have already got an appointment that day and instead also offer to change time.

Have had an occurrence recently of a patient changing plans quite a bit on the day and creating 3 appointments!
