NP & referral report addition

HI, The NP report, is there anyway to add the DC booked with/ default DC against the names on the list? Would make it much easier to work out who was booked and with whom. Then if you could sort list based on name, DC, referral source etc. If the report the be exportable to csv then we can download if needed would be a bonus, but not as essential. thanks
