one button form send to clients (COVID))

Automatically send form links to patients email or mobile from inside clients file/ practitioner dashboard to make practice hub independent from email system or 3rd party text service (don't want to give access to patient email address etc). This would be great for give remote access to practitioners during COVID-19, satellite working or consults etc
