Usually it is very practical that there is a time delay between the appointment booking and sending out the email. But in case of online bookings, this has caused a bit of confusion, as patients booking online expected an immediate confirmation mail. Just as a feedback to you guys. Thank you so much for you work, we're really happy to have switched to practice hub, even though its a massive amount of work at the beginning.. 😉
