Online booking discount code function

The discount applies to both the visit amount and the deposit. Either having the option to apply to both, or one or the other would be good. Or just default to discounting the service cost and not the deposit amount.

Also it would be useful to be able to only take a deposit without showing the amount for the appointment. If you internally have different service fees depending on how the person found out about you (Meta ad, Google, Referral) then they could have a different New Patient fee but we take the same deposit
