Option to Remove Practitioner Name From Invoice for all patients

We do not want to have our Associate Chiropractors names on the invoices. It gives problems with insurance companies for example. Having a setting to be able to hide the practitioner from the invoices in the practitioner setting would be ideal. At the moment the CAs are having to do this after every visit for each service provided.
