Option to remove the appointment note that comes up when someone books online

With online bookings 2.0, when someone books online there is a note:

Patient completed online booking at 4 Apr 2025

We use appointment notes for important things only, and it’s quite annoying to have this come up on ALL online bookings for the day. We would like a toggle to switch off this note.
