Patient arrived pop up

It would be amazing to have a POPUP window appear when a client arrives so that I do not have to be in the practitioner dashboard to see that the status has changed. I am often pre-reading patient files and when reception changes the status, to have it pop up in the bottom right in a box or similar would be super helpful. Thanks Nic
