Patient Flow

We are now in the testing phase for your software, making sure we know how it works inside and out. We have run into a few small issues I hope you can help us with? We also noticed on the patient flow, it’s not easy to see which practitioner each patient has seen, especially if they have a longer name - is it possible to have the practitioners initials at the beginning of the name, rather than the end, so at a glance reception know which practitioner they are booking with regardless of name length? When viewing practice hub on an iPad Pro, nearly the entire name is cut off (see attached picture). I know you have the patients initial’s in a black dot currently, having discussed with our reception team, they would find it much easier to have this being the practitioners initials and even being colour coded for each practitioner?
