Patient forms auto-fill into history forms without copy-pasting

A way for components of a new patient questionnaire form to automatically be filled into a new patient history form. This would avoid copy-pasting and save a lot of time. For example, it would be great if when a patient fills in a form, such as a New Patient questionnaire, data fills automatically into a practitioner form, e.g. a history form. So a patient may fill in "main complaint" and this data goes into the "main complaint" box in the practitioner form, or "aggravating factors" and this data goes into the "aggravating factors" box in the practitioner form. This would happen automatically when you create a new draft form for a patient (via settings for the patient forms "Link with practitioner form/populate practitioner form automatically"), so the practitioner form would be pre-populated when you create it.
