Since moving across to PracticeHub we have been looking into ways to how we could start sending letters to patients linked to their appointment as we previously have done with our old software Healthy Practice.
These are letters such as:
Welcome Pack - (Sent when booking N/P appointment) - Includes a Welcome letter from the practitioner.
Ice Therapy Lumpy Mail - (Sent the day the patient has their ROF appointment) -Contains Branded Ice Pack, Ice Therapy letter.
- 3 month Reactivation
- 6 month reactivation letter
- 12 month reactivation letter
and many others...
We have discovered that the only way to achieve this would be through the use of AutoPilot and yet these would only be sent as emails and not physical letters.
Previously when we was using Healthy Practice these were generated automatically every morning, where the software would be able to check anyone who met criteria such as have not been in for 3 months and this generated a letter for the CA's. This then allowed the CA's to simply click print whilst setting up in the morning and ask the docs to sign them.
I strongly believe that this should be a feature developed into PracticeHub as this would be an extremely manual process without this.
