Patient log type entry without deleting after.

Wanted to ask if its possible to have a feature, as we like to use the sticky notes, but we want a feature where one line is a entry, and this entry can not be deleted (or altered) once it has been entered. As we write on the back of files and we want to have this feature. Also with call backs, is there a feature to search by date and with patient photos.
