PATIENT PERMANENT NOTES

We have important notes on patients that does not pop up when patients arrive or at billing the patient. Please have a look at a patient Johane Strydom seen at 10:00am today. (DR G).25/11/2020 There is a note that this patient pays a special rate. This note is not seen unless one hovers over the name. There is no red dot that shows that there is a message. We created this note by choosing sticky notes so that it can be of a permanent nature. We need some indication that there is a permanent note. IN THIS INSTANCE NOT EVEN A RED DOT WARNS US
