Patient search improvements

Could you make search results with initial parts of first and last names appear first? Example: When searching for "Jan" it would be convenient if first results were patients named Jan, then Jane or Jansson. When searching now I get Rajan Xxx, Marija Nxxx appear first. If it is not clear just ask me and I will explain it. An extra option could be putting current/recent patients in top and inactive patients later.
