Patient search in alphabetical order

Please could there be the option for patient search results (when using top search box and appointment booking) to appear in true alphabetical order. The current order is useful as an option, but sometimes two people of the same name can be split up by other names in the middle and it is possible to miss this and book the wrong one in.
