Patient specific autofill content

A new ‘autofill’ type button which enters patient-specific default text. So each patient would have different contents on that autofill button (different checks to be done, different adjustments etc) and the practitioner can just add/edit as necessary on that particular visit for that patient.

Autofill new currently copies the previous visit note meaning lots of it has to be removed if it was only relevant to the last visit
