PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix advanced treatment note.

Please fix this feature as it would make note keeping a joy. I have 5 improvements that would make an incredible difference.

1) Allow a customisable spine diagram to be able to add a right or left SI/sacral listing. I.e PI, AS, AI sacrum and posterior sacrum. Be able to chose Base posterior or Apex posterior listing.

2) When ‘copy previous’ is clicked the highlighted spine column from prior note gets copied exactly like the note before it.

3) Bind the spinal diagram to the objective area only, and create a vertical list of segments in a decent sequence, such as bottom up. Ie it would look like this in objective:

4) The spinal chart must be configured to work both ways. I.e when a segment is unselected it is removed from the objective area. When a segment is selected it is added to the objective area in its correct sequence as described above.

(This would work really well for those of us hoping to create quick soap notes on our touch screens)

5) Create a better spine graphic that some of the other chiropractic EHR companies use.
