Pop-up Notification on DC screen

With many of us working with remote CAs or even CAs in another room, it would be helpful if the CA could write a short note that comes up on the screen as a pop-up that could be answered quickly without needing to leave PH to check email etc. e.g. virtual CA took a call asking if the DC could stay late because the last person is stuck in traffic, DC missed the email asking the question, ended up contacting the client, it all got a bit messy through mis-communication. (Yes I'm the sloppy DC!)
