POST COVID-19.. previous notes copy across practitioners

We have just re-opened post lockdown and DC1 is seeing all of DC2's patients until DC2 returns, however as DC1 hasnt seen many of these patients before the notes do not auto-copy from 1 practitioners notes to another. I propose a check box that allows the notes to cross over from practitioners when an auto-fill note is entered. this way, we can see what was done before and only amend what is different. There is enough to do with meeting a new patient & cleaning the tables down without trying to copy & paste or type up a full set of notes if it isn't necessary.
