Preload videos into exercise section

Hello again! I'd also like to request the ability to preload videos into the exercises section, but then have them "locked" until the client passes a certain point in their care. Whether that be the end of a care plan or a certain number of visits. We'd like to give them some additional things to look forward to and the ability to unlock them as they progress in care.
