Privacy Policy and Consent in Custom Forms

It would be great to get an area in the custom forms to create a box to tick to accept and then sign for privacy policy and consent to care, the policies of which are listed on our website. There are 2 options I see, either create some extra sections in the consents tab that can be used. Or make it possible to create hyperlinks in the text fields of the normal questions so we can make it ourselves.
