Processing appointments from Practitioner Dashboard

It would be awesome to be able to process appointments (incl. taking Stripe payments) from within the Practitioner Dashboard. This would be ideal for solo practitioners without a front desk, and would save having to either navigate back and forth btw the two sections, or to have two tabs open.
