Profile Picture - Capture feature for Online Forms

Wouldn't it be ace if patients could upload or take a picture to use as their Profie pic? This could be part of an online form to take the job off our hands. Imagine what cool pictures we would see - beach scenes, dogs what they eat for dinner. (hmm I think we should suggest that its a photo of their face). But it would be refreshing compared to a boring in house picture with our wall behind them. chur!
