Recalls by discipline

Currently if a client sees both a chiro and a massage therapist and then stops seeing one of them, they will not show up on a recall list if they still see the other one. It would be good if recalls would fire off based on discipline as it is easy to miss if someone has dropped out on one side but not the other.
