Referral link sent (a bit like the google review request)

Just has we have the ability to ask how we are doing through the app on a specific visit number…they give us 5 stars it asks for a google review….

Could we have something similar where if they give us 5 stars it gives them a special referral link to forward on. Great way to automate asking for a referral for those who are thinking we are 5 star worthy.
