Reminder sent to patient if they have not filled in their New Patient intake form

It would handy if there was a reminder that automatically sent out to a patient if they have not filled in their New Patient intake form yet. Perhaps the day before their New Patient appointment and if they have still not filled it in then the morning of the appointment.

This would save time in calling patients or sending out emails to patients manually each time.
