Removal of the year from all date formats

Hi, patients frequently misread the date when they get their confirmations and reminders. They misread the '24' after the month, as 24th of that month e.g 9 March 24, for some reason their brain reads that as the 24th March!!!????

A while ago, I thought it was something that I could edit, but I think that when I then asked PH someone said that it is embedded in the software or something.

I just don't think we need the year to be on display at all. Please correct me if I am wrong.
