Restrict online booking beyond a set time frame.

Sorry if this has already been posted. I think restricting online bookings beyond a customisable point would be very useful in cases where a patient has not visited for a period of time and require a reassessment/longer session. I find we get patients that have not visited for a number of months, usually the ones that drop in and out of care, and return with a new complaint or simply require a reassessment/ review session.
