"Return to note" button

When on the Practitioner Dashboard, if you navigate away from your note to view any forms/files/images on the other tabs, you must click "Overview" > "New Blank Form" and then locate your note template and then click "Restore". It would be great if, as soon as you switch tabs, a button appears in the tab bar, next to "Exercises" that says "Return to Note" which instantly pulls you back to your note template with your previous entry.
