Automate tagging to seamlessly link to specific appointment types! Thanks to Practice Hub's private URL booking links, this innovative feature enhances the patient journey through PH software. Currently, we offer various appointment types for each lead funnel, each with customised terms, conditions signed via a custom form (linked to app type) and varying appointment durations.

This setup enables us to target information streams back to clients based on their appointment type, but tracking their spend or calculating average visit data remains a challenge.

Is there a way to automate tags or referral sources to automatically associate with a practitioner's booking or appointment type?

This would help us gather valuable data from different lead sources, such as 1) social media, 2) Groupon, 3) talks, 4) website organic traffic, and 5) paid search funnels.
