RS Appt History

I previously assumed that when someone RS'd on the system, it recorded the old one as cancelled and then made the new appointment. However, I just realised that what really happens is that the old appoint is actually totally gone from the patient history and only the new appointment exists. Inside the new appointment (log) is the only place that records the info about the old appointment and the reason for its rescheduling. We need a clear way of being able track those who RS all the time. Would it be possible to have those listed in the appointment screen just like the cancelled ones etc. Also, can the reasons be added to the missed and cancelled report so they can easily be spotted.
