Set default columns per practitioner for appointment types

My partner and I are currently not working at the same pace. He needs 7 columns, I need 5.

As the appointment type columns span applies to ALL practitioner currently, then I have to block out my column 6 and 7 so people don’t book themselves there and we set our appointment types for 7 columns but it is not very convenient.
It would be great to be able to set how many columns we need for each appointment type depending on the practitioner.
