Would it be possible on the shift summary report, next to the patient name to include the patient number as well. As a simple means of checking in the event of an issue, we note on the back of card receipts the patient number. This then in no way identifies the person it connects to if the ticket is lost / stolen but means if things do not add up at the end of the shift, we can play bingo with the tickets and the report to match which people we do and dont have receipts for and thus work out what is missing from the system or what has been wrongly entered.
