Show future appointments as default

When looking at a patients appointment tab at the moment it shows all appointments (missed, future, cancelled) as default. This can look rather messy, especially if someone cancels a large chunk of appointments and leaves lots of red! I am aware that you can click the tabs to select only future or only cancelled. However, I believe the default should be only their future appointments when you click on the appointments tab and you can always click the tab missed if you wish to see these?
