Show more than 1 custom form button upon successful online booking

In your custom form settings you can tick the box to say "Show link on online booking confirmation page" - if there are multiple forms for patients to choose from (e.g. New patient adult, new patient child, etc) it would be useful to show multiple form links for the patients to either choose the correct one, or to fill out multiple forms.
