Show practitioner first name only (or custom name) on resource view, the same as in practitioner view

To avoid the buttons being so congested with practitioner names on the calendar when using resource view, and also to enable me to be able to add DC M(Chiro) etc after their surname for invoices etc without making the calendar buttons even wider.
