SMS Message Library

When clicking the SMS button in the patient record screen it would be nice if we could create a list of pre-written messages to select from a dropdown to send to the person - for example if a practitioner is away poorly a message make such says "Hi, Unfortunately your usual practitioner is away poorly today, however Dave is coming in especially to look after you at the same time." - other uses could be the link to popular websites or centre closure info due to emergencies.
