Specific tagged reports

Would like reports to be able to be more specific to 2 tags at the same time and not generate for all clients that have 1 of the same tags being requested. IE at present if we want a report on clients who are Silver (1 tag) and are also direct Debit (1 tag), we receive a list of all clients that have a Direct debit tag and not just the "Silver" clients on DD tag.
