Sticky Note

When you go to process an appointment for payment etc, it displays the sticky note (if set) at the bottom of the processing windows. However, once you have processed the payment the sticky note is no longer displayed. Please could it still appear on this screen as often the sticky note is used for general important notes to CA's which need to be referred to, even after taking payment.
