Stop book across with certain appointment types

In practitioner calendar set up you can book across and in setting change the number per slot you’d like. Mainly useful for online booking purposes. Feature request is to disable booking across next to certain appointment types. For example not being able to book across next to a reassessment or different appointment types, such as, extra time appointments for elderly or immobile patients.
