Stop ongoing campaigns from being sent on weekends

It would be great to have the option to add a rule to exclude ongoing campaings from being sent on weekends (or other specific days/holidays). We offer our patients a free consultation on their birthday, but ideally we prefer not to send them on weekends as our practice is closed.
