Could there please be an update so that any appointment type (or chosen appointment types) can have prepaid packages used against them when processing but so that it does not change the invoice line.
When using payment packages I can see that although you can allow different types of appointments to be charged to the package, when you do so it changes the appointment type on the billing to the type set in the package. This is very frustrating as
1) The patient does not get an invoice for the type of appointment that they have had,
2) I have to go through and manually change them all before creating the Income and Revenue report at the end of the week so that it shows the correct types of appointments for the week to match to the diary and to the invoices that I receive from our associate chiropractors.
Is there some way that this could be amended so that it can use the prepayment package but does not change the appointment type on the invoice line. Thanks
