We have found we are getting way too many appointment types based on simple variations such as specific room requirements, special needs of clients etc. We are using tags but you cant see these without highlighting appointments which means they cant see at a glance. I have discussed this with J before but we didnt find a solution. What about adding a check box to the tag settings (see pic) and then having it show mini squares in the tag colour at the bottom of the appointment (see pic) with say a max of 3 (depending on space but maybe more) but with a + sign showing if there are more. Maybe display them sorted by the order they are in the tag order list anyway so we can prioritise what we need to see. This would be a game changer for us in terms of organisation. Maybe the tag check box setting would also come out on the tag list in settings so you can see at a glance what is set.
