tasks for multiply members

It will be helpful if I could put up a task for multiple CA's with out having to copy and paste it to each individual person. Right now if I put multiply names and the first person to see it and tick completed. It disappears for everyone which would be fine if it was just a task that needed to be done but we use the task function to leave notes for each other as well.
