Hi
I would love a single place where the whole team can see messages which have been sent back to the clinic.

EG. We will get responses to our appointment reminders and not see them unless we go into each patient account. We will also text people to see how they are if they have not shown up or responded to voice calls, and we do not see when we get responses.
